CONDITIONS

  • No Processing Fees
  • All Non-AusTriathlon Members are required to purchase a One Day Membership (ODM) = $30 per individual.
  • Team prices includes TA One Day Membership (ODM). Contact Admin if all team members have are current AusTriathlon standard or premium membership, so $30 ODM can be refunded.

ENTRY POLICIES

ATHLETE WITHDRAWALS

If you cannot participate in the event, entry fee refunds are available in accordance with the below stated withdrawal policy. Request for refunds must be notified to the organiser in writing via email admin@hellofthewest.com

ELIGIBLE WITHDRAWAL REFUNDS

Where eligible, please allow up to 30 business days for your refund to be processed. The refund is automatically issued to the credit card originally used to pay for registration. If this card has since been cancelled or has expired, its the athlete’s responsibility to notify HOTW admin.

  • 80% of entry fee refundable for athlete withdrawal request made up to 11:59pm on 11th January 2024
  • 60% of entry fee refundable for athlete withdrawal request made up to 11:59pm on 15th February 2025
  • NO REFUNDS after midnight 15th February 2025

TRANSFERS

  • No transfers to next years event 
  • Transfers to another person are available prior to midnight 15th February 2025, via transfer email request to admin@hellofthewest.com
  • NO REFUNDS after midnight 15th February 2025

  • For Triathlon events all Non-AusTriathlon Members are required to purchase a One Day Membership (ODM) per individual
    • Firestarter Enticer Tri ODM = $4.50
    • Hell Kids Tri = No ODM required
    • Gundy Inferno = No ODM required
