CONDITIONS

• 3% processing fee on all entries
• All Non-Triathlon Australia Members are required to purchase a One Day Membership (ODM) = $25 per individual.  
• Team prices includes TA One Day Membership (ODM). Contact Admin if all team members have are current Triathlon Australia members, so $25 ODM can be refunded.

• Race Cap
• Finishers towel (100% Cotton)
• Aid stations on course (with water, ice, sports drink, coke)

ATHLETE WITHDRAWALS

If you cannot participate in the event, entry fee refunds are available in accordance with the below stated withdrawal policy. Request for refunds must be notified to the organiser in writing via email admin@hellofthewest.com 

ELIGIBLE WITHDRAWAL REFUNDS

Where eligible, please allow up to 30 business days for your refund to be processed. The refund is automatically issued to the credit card originally used to pay for registration. If this card has since been cancelled or has expired, its the athlete's responsibility to notify HOTW admin. 

• 80% of entry fee refundable for athlete withdrawal request made up to 11:59pm on 5th November 2022 
• 60% of entry fee refundable for athlete withdrawal request made up to 11:59pm on 25th February 2023 
• NO REFUNDS after midnight 25th February 2023

NO TRANSFERS 

ENTER WITH CONFIDENCE

In the case of Covid19 causing cancellation of the Hell of the West 2023 or the inability to attend due to border closures; entrants will be refunded their entry fee, less 3% processing fee and $40 administration costs. Super Saturday events will be refunded their entry fee less 3% processing fee only.

SUPER SATURDAY EVENT FEES

CONDITIONS

• 3% processing fee on all entries
• For Triathlon events all Non-Triathlon Australia Members are required to purchase a One Day Membership (ODM) per individual
  • Firestarter Enticer Tri ODM = $3.50
  • Hell Kids Tri = $2.00
  • Gundy Inferno = No ODM required

• $20 of every entry goes to a local charity - chosen by CARE Goondiwindi

• $10 extra on all Super Saturday Events
• Can be purchased at registration
